Bulletin PDF
Midweek can generate a printable bulletin insert as a PDF — sized for half-page or quarter-page inserts and laid out automatically from this week's input.
When to use it
Print the PDF on Saturday (or whenever you prep for Sunday), fold, and slip into your bulletins. No design tools, no copy-pasting between apps.
How to download
- Open the week you want from the History list, or generate a new week.
- On the Bulletin channel panel, click Download PDF.
- In the popup, choose:
- Insert size — Half Page (5.5" × 8.5") or Quarter Page (4.25" × 5.5")
- Sections to include — Sermon info, announcements, prayer requests, volunteer needs, spotlight, special notes
- Click Download PDF. The file saves to your computer's downloads folder.
What goes in it
The PDF pulls directly from your weekly input — no AI rewriting. You'll see exactly what you typed, formatted into clean labeled sections with your church name and the date at the top.
Empty fields are skipped automatically. If you didn't add prayer requests this week, the prayer requests section just doesn't appear.
Tips
- Sections are checkboxes — uncheck anything you don't want printed (e.g., skip volunteer needs if your team is fully staffed).
- The "No content" label next to a section means that field was empty in your weekly input. Add content to that field if you want it included.
- Print preview before printing a full stack. Different printers handle the half/quarter sizing differently — do one test print first.
