Seasonal Templates

Seasonal templates are pre-built starting points for the high-traffic weeks of your year — Easter and VBS for a church, Valentine's Day and patio season for a restaurant, the New Year resolution rush for a gym, Giving Tuesday for a nonprofit, and so on. Use one and you've already got a headline framing, suggested announcements, and prompt structure tailored to the occasion.

The library is filtered to your business type, so you only see templates that make sense for what you do.

Where to find them

In the sidebar, click Templates. You'll see a grid of available templates, often grouped by season.

How to use a template

  1. Browse the templates on the Templates page
  2. Click into one to preview what it includes
  3. Click Use Template
  4. A new weekly input draft opens with the template's content pre-filled
  5. Edit the details — your specifics for this week — and save

The template gives you a head start; you still customize from there.

What a template includes

Depending on the template:
- A suggested headline framing
- Common seasonal announcements (e.g., "Sunrise Service at 6 AM" for Easter, "Bottomless mimosas" for Mother's Day brunch)
- Prompts for calls to action and volunteer needs
- Spotlight ideas
- Suggested dates so you can apply the template to the right week
