Facebook Post
The Facebook post is a community-oriented, ~150–250 word post written for your church's Facebook page. It typically leads with the sermon or a major announcement and ends with a welcoming invitation.
How to access
After generating a week's content, find the Facebook Post channel panel.
How to use it
You have two options for getting it onto Facebook:
Option 1: Copy and paste
- Click Copy to Clipboard
- Open Facebook, create a new post on your church page
- Paste, attach a Social Card image if you've made one, and post
Option 2: Quick share
- Click Post to Facebook
- Facebook opens a share dialog with the text pre-filled
- Add an image if you want, then post
The Quick Share is faster but doesn't let you attach a custom social card image (Facebook handles that itself based on links). For most churches, Option 1 with a custom social card produces a better-looking post.

Click Create Social Image to generate a branded image card with your sermon title and church colors — see Social Cards.
Tips
- Post with an image. Facebook's algorithm strongly favors posts with images over text-only.
- Best post times for church Facebook pages are usually Tuesday–Thursday afternoons or Sunday morning right after service.
- Don't post identical text on Facebook AND Instagram. People who follow both will see duplicate content. Use Instagram Caption for IG (it's punchier and has hashtags).
